United States: Sherman Featured In New York Times' “Ask Real Estate” Column

Partner Eric D. Sherman, a member of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate and Litigation Groups, was featured in the latest installment of the New York Times' "Ask Real Estate" column. The piece examined who is responsible when renovations made to one residential apartment in a cooperative apartment damage a neighboring shareholder's apartment. The answer also notes that, even assuming liability, the extent of the liability is limited to those damages that are "reasonably foreseeable" under the circumstances.
