Australia: Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners elects Mark Fatharly

Mark Fatharly – a Partner in the firm's Commercial Dispute Resolution practice – has been elected Vice Chair of STEP Australia and re-elected Chair of STEP WA. Mark has been a legal practitioner for over 22 years, acting as counsel and a solicitor with particular expertise in contentious trusts and estates, inheritance and estate issues, probate and executorship issues, trust administration, trustee obligations, mental capacity issues and guardianship and administration. He is an IAMA Accredited Mediator.

STEP is the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
