The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) has selected Greenville litigator Brent Clinkscale to join its panel of arbitrators. The ICDR is the international division of the American Arbitration Association. It provides conflict-management services in more than 80 countries with a worldwide panel of hundreds of independent arbitrators and mediators and global cooperative agreements for hearing-room access. Matters addressed through the ICDR cover a broad range of industries and geopolitical issues.

Clinkscale was recently appointed liaison of the ABA Section of International Law to the ABA's Dispute Resolution Section and earlier this year he was appointed to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS).

Brent Clinkscale is a veteran business litigator in both trials and arbitrations and has tried numerous cases in both federal and state courts. His concentration is in business litigation, including both domestic and international arbitrations. He also has experience in the defense of complex business matters, including class action.
