UK: Clyde & Co Appoints Inquest Specialist To Enhance Healthcare Group

Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Gemma Brannigan as Partner in its Healthcare group.

Gemma is a leading healthcare lawyer with 13 years' experience, as a non-practising barrister and solicitor advocate, and more recently as Assistant Coroner for West London. She joins from Capsticks, where she led the London inquests team having previously been at Hill Dickinson.

Her practice focuses on healthcare claims and investigations involving deaths in the medical and care sector and with security services. She has extensive experience representing healthcare staff and the NHS at inquests following a death in custody or prior to a HSE prosecution.

Also joining Clyde & Co is Senior Associate Jacques Howell, another Capsticks lawyer. He will be working alongside the wider team, as well as Gemma.
