Los Angeles, CA, April 21, 2017 – Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP represented Alan Ett Creative Group (AECG) in its sale of assets to Spirit Music Group to form Spirit Production Music.  AECG, which includes the Opus 1 Music Library, The Music Collective and Audio Horizons companies, boasts a collection of more than 150,000 high quality production music tracks and 40 unique music libraries.  AECG, a provider of musical services, including library music, custom scoring, music supervision and cue sheet preparation, was advised by Stroock entertainment partner Schuyler Moore.

The newly formed Spirit Production Music division will encompass high quality custom music services and library music and will cull tracks from Spirit Music Group's top roster of contemporary talent and top names in the Film/TV and Trailer world, as well as new and emerging artists.  Employees from both AECG and Spirit Music Group will be part of the new organization.
