Australia: Seminar Invitation: The Age of Infrastructure: Value add, GAIC and development contributions
Last Updated: 15 April 2017

Holding Redlich is delighted to invite you to attend the second of our Property seminars for 2017, presented by Joseph Monaghan and Richard Skopal.

The Age of Infrastructure: Value add, GAIC and development contributions

A growing population means growing demands upon existing infrastructure. New infrastructure is therefore required and inevitably this raises the question as to who pays.

This discussion looks at the mechanisms available to recover infrastructure contributions. Our presenters will look at new developments in relation to the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC), such as works in kind agreements, and the recovery of development contributions under planning schemes and planning permits. The discussion should be of particular interest to those with an interest in the development of growth areas and greenfield sites.
