UK: Clyde & Co Hires Stand Out UK Pension Practitioner To Support National Expertise

Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Terry Saeedi as a Partner in its pensions team.

Terry joins from Gordons LLP where she was head of pensions. Terry has specialised in pensions law for over 20 years and advises scheme sponsors and trustees on all issues relating to pension schemes and has particular expertise in public sector legacy issues. Terry has in-depth experience advising employers and trustees in the financial services, transportation and utilities sectors.

Terry's recent experience includes advising on benefit redesign, scheme closure, pensions aspects of corporate restructuring, funding and deficit repair arrangements and liability management. She is a regular speaker and writer on pensions issues and is a joint author of leading practitioner text Tolley's Pension Law.

The hire further complements the firm's established employment, pensions and immigration law practice that spans seven offices in the UK alongside offices in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
