Bermuda: Conyers Promotes Three Lawyers Across The Firm

Conyers Dill & Pearman is pleased to announce the promotion of Chiara Nannini (Director, Bermuda) and Teresa Tsai (Partner, Hong Kong). Wynne Lau from our Hong Kong office has been appointed to Counsel.

BERMUDA

Chiara Nannini

Chiara joined Conyers in 2008. Her practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with experience in corporate reorganisations, debt and equity offerings, corporate finance and project finance in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional contexts. She also advises on insurance matters including new insurance incorporations, segregated account structures and equity and debt financings. Since joining the firm, Chiara spent a year on secondment with American International Group's Bermuda office and was based in Conyers' São Paulo, Brazil office from 2010 to 2013.

HONG KONG

Teresa Tsai

Teresa joined the Firm in August 2007. Her practice covers general commercial, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured bond issues, MTN programs, general banking and finance, pre-IPO financing and IPOs. Teresa advises international banks, public and private companies, investment banks, private equity houses and investment managers on the cross-border aspects of their transactions.

Wynne Lau

Wynne joined the Hong Kong office in 2006. Her practice covers private equity, corporate finance, M&A, corporate reorganisations, privatizations, banking, corporate re-domiciles and IPOs. Wynne advises investment banks, private equity houses and corporate enterprises (mainland China and international) on the cross-border aspects of their transactions.
