Australia: LES NSW event: From idea to market – What happens when a corporate rogue intervenes?
Last Updated: 30 March 2017
Article by Mr Gavin Stuart

Bartier Perry is pleased to sponsor the upcoming LESANZ (Licensing Executives Society Aus & NZ) session on 27 April. This session will provide attendees with an overview of the common sources of obligations owed by venture participants of a closely held group of companies involved in an early stage venture, and how many of the risks inherent in such an arrangement can be identified and managed. Time will then be spent examining the rights and remedies available when someone involved 'goes rogue' and takes steps to take advantage of the key parts of the venture for themselves. These issues will be explored by working through a case study specifically designed for entrepreneurs, investors and professionals involved in commercialisation and licensing.

Date: Thursday 27 April

Location: Bartier Perry - Leve 10, 77 Castlereagh Street, Sydney

Timing: 5.45 - 7.30pm

LESANZ Members $30
Non-members $60
