Last Updated: March 24 2017

Brad Gallant, an Individual Clients Department partner resident in the New Haven office, was elected a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel at the 50th ACTEC Annual Meeting in Scottsdale on March 12. He was simultaneously elected as the new 'at large' member of the College's Executive Committee. ACTEC is a 'by invitation only' organization comprised of approximately 2,500 trusts and estates lawyers from all 50 U.S. states and several countries. It holds three national meetings each year, as well as regional and state meetings. Brad originally was elected as an ACTEC Fellow in 1993, and serves on the College's Program, Diversity and Inclusivity, Fiduciary Litigation and Elder Law (of which he is a past chair) Committees. The ACTEC Board of Regents is the policy making authority of the College and the Executive Committee manages ACTEC's day-to-day affairs. A total of fifteen Day Pitney lawyers are ACTEC Fellows.
