Retail Corporate Mini-Bonds (also known as "Mini-bonds") are an innovative, low-cost and effective way for UK companies to raise funds from UK investors. They are an unsecured debtof the issuing company, the terms of which - subject to certain key characteristics - can be tailored to the requirements of the issuingcompany.
