United States: Alex Staffieri Elevated To Member Status At SKO

LOUISVILLE (Feb. 13, 2017)—Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC has promoted Alexander G. Staffieri to Member of the firm.

Alex has been with SKO since 2011. He is a member of the Business Services, Corporate Finance & Lending, Real Estate, and Securities & Corporate Governance subspecialties.

Alex regularly represents national, regional and community banks, as well as strategic investors and borrowers in connection with a variety of credit transactions including commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate lending, asset based lending, structured finance and workout arrangements.

Additionally, Alex advises corporate clients regarding general corporate and financial transactions including venture capital financings, commercial contracts, succession planning and corporate governance. He serves as outside counsel to the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority which provides financial assistance and tax credit programs to companies throughout Kentucky.

He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Kentucky Super Lawyers for his legal accomplishments.

He currently is a Board member of Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana and a member of Greater Louisville Inc.'s Business Competiveness committee. He also is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar associations.

Alex holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
