Malta: Course On Implications Of Solvency II For Re/Insurance Professionals At GANADO Advocates

The insurance team at GANADO Advocates is organising a course on the implications of the new regulatory environment for re/insurance companies under Solvency II, which came into force on the 1st January 2016 across Europe.

Targeted at insurance professionals, compliance officers, analysts and technical staff involved in risk and compliance, the course will be organised in collaboration with PwC Malta and EY Malta, and delivered over 5 sessions in February and March 2017 at GANADO Advocates' offices in Valletta.

The course provides an overview of the main principles and key compliance aspects of the EU Solvency II Directive, and the manner in which it was transposed into the legislative and regulatory framework in Malta
