Isle of Man: New Senior Associate In Dickinson Cruickshank’s Dispute Resolution Department
Last Updated: 19 February 2008

Dickinson Cruickshank has appointed London Barrister Charles Davies as a Senior Associate in their Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to joining the firm, Charles practised at London barristers’ chambers Stone Chambers, bringing with him over 12 years experience. Previously, Charles practiced admiralty law, but in his new role as a Senior Associate, he will specialise in complex corporate and commercial disputes, adding yet further expertise to an already strong team.

Charles is the third addition to the department within the last 6 months, which has included appointment of Paul Brennan from Jersey law firm Mourant du Feu, and newly qualified advocate Rachel Mackellar joining the department upon completion of her formal training.

Department Head and Senior Partner Paul Morris commented, "2007 was a very busy year for the dispute resolution department and we have responded by appointing 3 additional lawyers to the team. These appointments have allowed us to further strengthen and deepen the diversity and experience both within the department and the firm, enabling us to continue to provide a high quality service to meet the needs of our clients."
