Australia: Introducing Bright Sparke and Nicholas Adamo
Last Updated: 22 December 2016

As part of Sparke Helmore's growth strategy to support our vision of being a world-class national law firm, we have established an innovation hub called Bright Sparke.

The Board has appointed Nicholas Adamo as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Bright Sparke. Nicholas will also chair the firm's Innovation Committee.

Bright Sparke was introduced to develop the very best technology-based legal solutions as well as allied non-legal services for the greater benefit of its clients. It's so exciting for the firm to have someone of Nicholas's calibre on board to lead this initiative.

Nicholas is based in Sydney. He joins the firm from Ernst & Young, where he established and led the Enterprise Intelligence team in the Asia-Pacific Region, and later acted as the Strategic Growth and Acquisitions Leader for the Advisory Group. Before Ernst & Young, Nicholas was the lead partner for Deloitte's Analytic and Forensic Technology Group揺e was appointed to the role after his company, Forensic Data, merged with Deloitte in 2007. More recently he has been appointed to a number of Board advisory roles.

"The key to Bright Sparke is bringing true diversity妖iversity of thought, background, gender, ethnicity, education and experience葉o solving client issues. I'm delighted to be working with a firm who is prepared to put their clients first and find the necessary resources to solve their problems," said Nicholas.
