Appointment of Danielle Sibenaler

Broadley Rees Hogan is proud to announce the appointment of Danielle Sibenaler as Special Counsel to the firm.

Danielle joins the firm as head of planning and environmental law and holds both legal and town planning qualifications. She brings significant experience to the firm, having successfully acted for local government authorities, submitters and developers in the Planning and Environment court, Land Court and Court of Appeal, as well as advising on environmental issues, development approvals, infrastructure, development entitlements, enforcement matters and development issues for over 13 years. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a town planner for approximately 7 years.

Danielle said she was thrilled to join Broadley Rees Hogan. "I am looking forward to building on the excellent achievements of the Broadley Rees Hogan property team.

"I am also delighted to join such a progressive firm and to contribute my know-how to the practice and to Broadley Rees Hogan more widely", she said.

The appointment adds significant depth and expertise to the Property team, led by Darren Anderson, Director.

Danielle's appointment comes on the heels of other recent and significant appointments to the firm, including Jamie Robinson as head of employment and workplace health and safety law, who joined Broadley Rees Hogan from HWL Ebsworth.

Danielle commenced at Broadley Rees Hogan on Monday 12 December 2016.
