UK: Clyde & Co Picks Up Prestigious Personal Injury Award
Last Updated: 29 November 2016

Clyde & Co's Casualty team was presented with the Defendant Team of the Year award at the prestigious Proclaim Personal Injury Awards last night.

The event, held at The Grange St Paul's London, is now in its 9th year and celebrates the excellence of individuals and organisations across the entire personal injury claims sector over the past year.

Part of the submission process for this year's award involved demonstrating innovation and collaboration with regards to claims handling. It was the Clyde & Co team's strength in both of these areas that singled them out against the field of other shortlisted firms.

Commenting on the victory on behalf of Clyde & Co, Casualty Partner Chris Murray, says: "This award recognises the whole team's focus on clients and the use of claims innovation to deliver outstanding results.

"We are delighted to have won this award amongst a talented group of peers."

This award comes on the back of a number of recent panel appointments and other client wins, and recognises the strength of Clyde & Co's Casualty team which is one of the largest groups of its sort in the country having more than 40 partners across our ten UK offices.

The group was at the forefront of our merger with Scotland's Simpson & Marwick in October 2015, which added an additional 50 fee earners to the team, and created one of the strongest casualty practices on both sides of the border. The group provides a full range of casualty expertise, from volume claims through to complex liability cases, to our UK insurer clients.
