Australia: Event: Startups on a Mission
Last Updated: 3 November 2016

Solar Analytics is a certified B Corporation. Marque Lawyers is too. Like those two, Australia's newly proposed Cleantech hub, EnergyLab, has been set up with a capital P greater Purpose. Energy Lab and Marque Lawyers are involved in advising lots of start ups on capital raising and Solar Analytics has done its fair share of securing investment. All of this means they know lots about setting up purpose driven start ups, running them and capital raising for them.

As part of Spark Festival, we would love for you to join us to talk with Energy Lab director Danny Kennedy (also MD of the California Clean Energy Fund and self-described Upstart Whisperer), Stefan Jarnason (Solar Analytics CEO) and Kristy Dixon (Marque's corporate law guru) about the drive on the purpose road, benefit corporations and the implications on setting up and capital raising for start ups.

Morning tea provided and numbers are limited.

This event is brought to you by Spark Festival Sydney and Energy Lab, in partnership with Marque Lawyers.
