Cyprus: Our Support For The Cyprus Fiduciary Association
Last Updated: 29 June 2016

The Cyprus Fiduciary Association was established in 2011 by the initiative of leading firms in Cyprus providing fiduciary, management and administration services to companies and other entities involved in international business structures or activities. It aims to improve standards and promote the fiduciary business sector in Cyprus.

The Association comprised 73 member firms as at 31 December 2015 and has five committees, in which members of our firm play an active role.  The 2016 AGM of the Association, which was held recently, and which was addressed by the Minister of Finance, Mr Haris Georgiades, the Chairwoman of CySEC, Ms Demetra Kalogerou, and the General Manager of ICPAC, Mr Kyriacos Iordanou, also included presentations by two members of our firm, namely Michalis Loizou, in his capacity as president of the Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Affairs Committee, and Alexandra Spyrou on behalf of the Tax and VAT Committee.
