Sullivan & Worcester will host a Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar entitled "Restructurings Involving Trade Finance Obligations" onJune 23, 2016 at Pinners Hall in London.

Geoffrey L. Wynne and Tom Glinka will look at the position from both a legal and commercial standpoint. They will review lessons from some actual case studies and give pointers for what could be the approach in future transactions.

Registration and breakfast are at 8:15 am and the seminar is from 8:45 am - 10:00 am.
