United States: W Mason Appointed President-Elect Of Palm Beach County Bar Association – North County Section

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that W Mason, an attorney in the firm's West Palm Beach office, was appointed president-elect of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA). He will assume the role of president in 2017 for a one-year term. The North County Section of PBCBA supports members through networking opportunities and continuing legal education programs and promotes professionalism while giving back to the northern Palm Beach County community.

Dedicated to bar association service, Mason has served on the organization's board of directors since 2014.

Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law, Mason is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice on business disputes, construction matters, real estate litigation and noncompete litigation. He represents developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and residential property owners in construction defect, contract and lien enforcement claims in state and federal court.

Mason earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School and his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
