On May 26, 2016, Jana McLean will be speaking at BEST (Bettering Environmental Stewardship & Technology) 2016, providing conference attendees with an update on key developments in Aboriginal law.

Jana's presentation will focus on key developments in Aboriginal law since the significant Supreme Court of Canada decision in Tsilhqot'in Nation v. BC (2014), including discussing the significance of Canada's recent commitment to implement the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
