United States: Fox Rothschild Represents Subaru In Deal Named Among Best Real Estate Deals Of 2015
Last Updated: March 4 2016

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that it is representing a major automobile manufacturer in a deal to relocate its North American headquarters. The deal was recently named to the Philadelphia Business Journal's list of Best Real Estate Deals of 2015.

Working closely with Stephen Gale, Subaru's Director of Corporate Real Estate and Services, the Fox team represented Subaru of America Inc. in a deal that will result in the relocation of its North American headquarters to Camden, NJ. Ken Zirk and Jon Sarkisian from CBRE were the brokers representing Subaru in the transaction.

The annual award recognizes major deals that had a significant impact on the community, both environmentally and economically. The award also takes into consideration the size of each deal, its complexity and the challenges that were overcome.

Subaru broke ground on the new headquarters construction in December 2015 and plans to complete the project by the end of 2017. Adjacent to Campbell Soup Company's world headquarters, the Subaru of America campus will be the first new corporate headquarters in Knights Crossing and will bring more than 600 jobs to Camden.

The Fox deal team is comprised of Peter J. Tucci, Craig L. Finger, Henry L. Kent-Smith, David Restaino, Daniel V. Madrid and Douglas P. Hibshman.

Subaru, CBRE and the Fox deal team will be honored at an awards ceremony on March 24.
