United States: Fox’s Clint David Appointed To AiRS Foundation Board Of Directors

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Clint David, the firm's Dallas office managing partner, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Alliance in Reconstructive Surgery (AiRS) Foundation.

The AiRS Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing women access to options and funding for breast reconstruction surgery after mastectomies due to breast cancer. The foundation raises confidence and restores dignity by capitalizing on the skills and expertise of the Foundation's network of respected physicians.

Actively involved in his community, David is a member of the CEO President's Club, has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greenhill School for 15 years and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance.

David has more than 30 years of experience handling a wide array of business and real estate matters. He frequently provides representation to clients engaged in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of various types of real property.

In addition, he handles a variety of complex business disputes, often encompassing elements of employment law and corporate law, as well as other legal sectors.

David earned his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Kalamazoo College.
