We are delighted to welcome Michael Blatchford, Kirsten Jenkins, and Olga Rivkin into the Partnership.

Michael Blatchford works with charities, not-for-profit organizations, associations, clubs, social enterprises and other entities in the voluntary sector and advises on all aspects of their operations and governance, helping them to effectively carry out their programs while complying with regulatory obligations.

Kirsten Jenkins' practice is focused primarily on advising individuals and families regarding estate planning, trusts, business succession, incapacity and estate administration. Kirsten works with clients and their advisors to structure and implement comprehensive and tailored estate plans that meet each family's unique circumstances and needs.

Olga Rivkin's practice includes assisting public and private entities with a variety of regulatory matters. This includes procedural matters related to the operation of local governments - for instance, public hearings, notices, conflicts of interest, ombudsperson's reviews and the like. This also includes all matters related to land use and development, including zoning, subdivision, contamination, servicing and management of waste and water.
