Conyers Dill & Pearman (CD&P), the international offshore law firm, announces that Stephen Pollard has joined the firm’s London office to augment the firm’s growing British Virgin Islands practice.

Stephen joins CD&P from Allen & Overy, where he had been a partner since 1993, spending time in the London office and as managing partner of the firm's Prague and Bratislava offices.

Stephen brings a wealth of experience having qualified at Allen & Overy in 1986 in the corporate department. He specialised in mergers and acquisitions for domestic and international clients, also joint ventures and outsourcing.
