Efforts to reform state and local tax (SALT) regimes, and to interpret recently adopted SALT changes through regulatory action, have rapidly continued throughout 2015. Taxpayers are focusing on new rules that affect longstanding income and indirect tax filing requirements and sourcing provisions.
