Australia: Congratulations to Corrs three new partners

Independent law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth is delighted to announce three partner promotions to start the year. Airlie Fox, Andy Leadston and Brent Lillywhite were admitted to the Corrs partnership on 1 January 2016.

Corrs partner and CEO John W.H. Denton AO congratulated the three new partners, "Strengthening and refreshing our partnership through promotions is testament to our commitment to invest in our business and to enhance our capability in the areas important to our clients."

Airlie Fox – Construction, Sydney

Airlie joined Corrs as a graduate in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Modern Languages (Spanish) from Monash University. Airlie specialises in major infrastructure projects across all industries, including rail, road, water, water, schools, prisons and other facilities (convention centres, sports stadiums, social housing). Airlie has acted for a variety of Corrs' key clients. Airlie will be relocating to our Sydney practice to strengthen our projects offering in NSW and nationally.

Andy Leadston – Property & Infrastructure, Melbourne

Andy joined Corrs in 2011 after previously working with another leading law firm in their property practice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Monash University. Andy has broad experience across a range of commercial property matters including property acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing. Andy acts for a variety of clients in the property industry.

Brent Lillywhite – Environment & Planning, Brisbane

Brent joined the Brisbane Environment & Planning Team in 2012 as a specialist in local government advisory matters and complex planning and environment litigation. Brent has a strong profile within the planning and development industry, being heavily involved in professional associations and representing Corrs on a range of industry committees. Brent's core focus is on the firm's local government clients, while also acting for a range of developers, GOCs, and assisting in growing Corrs' practice in the retirement living and aged care sector.
