United States: Labor And Employment Pro Phillip Wang Joins Fox Rothschild’s New York Office
Last Updated: December 14 2015

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Phillip H. Wang as a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Department in New York office.

Wang defends employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including national wage and hour class and collective actions, senior-level executive terminations, discrimination and restrictive covenant matters. He regularly handles complex litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

"We are excited to welcome Phil to the New York office," said Michael I. Slapo, Fox's New York office managing partner. "Whenever a lawyer of this caliber joins the firm, all of our clients benefit from the depth we add to our experience. Phil brings important strengths as a result of his background in labor and employment work for real estate, private equity and global online retailers."

Carolyn D. Richmond, co-chair of the firm's Hospitality Practice Group and Labor and Employment Department, said "Phil is a very good fit with Fox not only because of the quality and complexity of the work he handles, but also because his philosophy and his approach to client service perfectly matches the way we do business."

Wang received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

Prior to joining Fox, Wang was an attorney at DLA Piper LLP.
