This role is to provide timely and efficient mail and administrative services for and on behalf of Coleman Greig Lawyers.

Duties include:

  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Collection of outgoing mail throughout the day
  • Providing relief reception duties on a daily basis
  • Attend daily – Stamping - Office of State Revenue, stamping for teams
  • Attend daily - Court filing for teams
  • Daily firm banking (external)
  • Maintain supplies required for mail room and stationary
  • Prepare evening mail
  • Assist in the maintenance, care and set-up/pack-up of boardrooms, meeting facilities and kitchens

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively projecting the professional image of the firm at all times through personal presentation and in dealings with clients
  • Taking care to ensure that the office is always presentable and ensuring that assistance is provided where required to achieve this
  • Being available to assist wherever required throughout the firm
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Use initiative when it is required
  • Good customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for helping
  • Desire to continue learning new skills

Qualifications include:

  • Completed School Certificate or equivalent
  • Studying towards Certificate III – Business Administration
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Outlook – (email and tasks)
  • Proficient Communication Skills
