United States: Fox’s Sabina Bramlett To Serve On Advisory Council For The Communities Foundation Of Texas

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Sabina Bramlett has been selected to serve a three-year term on the Advisory Council for the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT).

CFT is a nonprofit organization that helps donors and grantees connect with local charities. The council is comprised of professional advisers, civic, business and philanthropic leaders throughout the Dallas community. As a council member, Bramlett will promote and advocate for CFT and provide insight and guidance to the organization.

Bramlett has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide array of estate planning, probate and transactional business planning matters and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She also represents executors and estates through all phases of administration, including the preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns.

Additionally, Sabina assists clients in transactional business planning for closely held businesses, including formation, general transactional matters, business succession, key employee planning and sales and acquisitions.

Bramlett earned her J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, her M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and her B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
