Law and Politics Magazine Cites James M. Brogan and Peter J. Tucci

PHILADELPHIA, May 17 – Two partners from the Philadelphia office of Piper Rudnick LLP have been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2004 by Law and Politics magazine.

The two are James M. Brogan, of the firm’s Litigation practice group, and Peter J. Tucci, of the Corporate and Securities practice group.

William F. Kiniry, Jr., partner in charge of the Philadelphia office, said, "We already regard Jim and Peter as among the very best, so their presence on the SuperLawyers list is no surprise. We are very proud of them."

Mr. Kiniry pointed out that in the past two years alone, Piper Rudnick’s Philadelphia office has grown more than 65 percent, moved into spacious new quarters at One Liberty Place, and expanded the practice areas it offers to its clients. "The presence at Piper Rudnick of these two superb partners exemplifies our spirit of top-flight client service," he said.

Law and Politics uses a three-step selection process that includes both peer selection and research to name the top 5 percent of attorneys in the state. The results this year will be published in the June 2004 issue of Philadelphia Magazine.
