Bermuda: Conyers Appoints Paul Smith As Head Of Litigation In Cayman Islands

Conyers Dill & Pearman continues to advance Litigation practice with appointment of Paul Smith as Head of Litigation in the Cayman Islands.

For the last 35 years, Paul has advised on all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration in London, Bermuda and Cayman. He practised at the commercial bar in London for 20 years and joined Conyers Bermuda in 2000 and Cayman in 2013. During the last 10 years, Paul's practice has included trust disputes, company law, shareholder disputes and insolvencies and restructurings. Paul continues to be sought-after for his work on complex commercial cases and has been involved in several significant matters, many of which are reported.
