Jersey: Ogier Advises JP Morgan Fund In Connection With Acquisition Of Brookfield Shopping Park

Ogier has acted for a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management in connection with its acquisition of the 93,000 sq ft Brookfield Shopping Park in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

A £62.6m debt financing package was provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in respect of the acquisition and will help fund the refurbishment of the property.

The Ogier team consisted of partner Niamh Lalor, managing associate Richard Daggett, senior associate Alan Stirling and associate Amy Garrod, with Allen & Overy LLP providing English law advice.
