Cayman Islands: Walkers Expands In Jersey With The Hire Of Four New Lawyers And Head Of Human Resources

Advocate Fritha Ford has joined Walkers as a Senior Associate. Specialising in commercial litigation, insolvency and both contentious and non-contentious trust disputes, Fritha regularly advises trustees, beneficiaries and protectors on all matters of Jersey trust law. Advocate Ford is a member of the Law Society of Jersey and has regularly appeared before the Royal Court. Prior to joining Walkers, Advocate Ford practised at Mourant Ozannes in Jersey.

Sarah Dalton has joined Walkers as an Associate in the firm's Global Finance and Corporate and Investment Funds Groups. Sarah has experience in a variety of general corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as acting for private equity and investment funds. Ms. Dalton joins Walkers from London, where she worked in the corporate and intellectual property department of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

Hayden Reyngoud joins Walkers from New Zealand law firm Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and sits as an Associate in the Global Finance and Corporate and Investment Funds Groups. Hayden has particular experience advising banks, financial institutions and corporates on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance and property finance transactions. Mr. Reyngoud regularly acts on matters that involve cross-border elements.

Emma Giannini joins Walkers as an Associate in the Global Finance and Corporate and Investment Funds Groups. Emma qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Finally, Sarah Forbes has recently joined Walkers as Head of Human Resources. Sarah is qualified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and joins Walkers from IKEA, where she was a Human Resources Manager for 13 years.
