United States: Dickstein Shapiro Partner Justin Chiarodo Named A D.C. Rising Star By The National Law Journal
Last Updated: September 18 2015

(Washington, DC)—Dickstein Shapiro LLP is pleased to announce that Government Contracts Practice Partner Justin Chiarodo has been named a "D.C. Rising Star" by the National Law Journal. Mr. Chiarodo was one of only 40 attorneys who were selected for this recognition, which singles out some of the most accomplished young attorneys in the Washington, DC area.

The National Law Journal profile highlights a selection of Mr. Chiarodo's notable representations, including working on a case for a developer that bid on City Center DC and serving as part of the team that advised Wyle Laboratories on a successful bid protest for a $1.7 billion contract with NASA. The article notes that Mr. Chiarodo became the youngest partner ever elected to the firm's Government Contracts Practice in 2011, where he now serves as its administrative head.

"We are very proud of Justin's many contributions to our Government Contracts Practice and the exceptional level of service he provides to clients," said Government Contracts Practice Leader David Nadler.

In addition to the National Law Journal recognition, Law360 has twice named Mr. Chiarodo as a "Rising Star" in government contracts law. In the 2015 edition of Chambers USA, he was recognized as an "Up and Coming" attorney in government contracts law in Washington, DC and praised for "establishing a solid reputation in the government contracting arena."

Mr. Chiarodo has spent his career helping leading and emerging government contractors successfully navigate high-stakes litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. He maintains an active litigation and counseling practice focused on bid protests, government investigations, contract claims and disputes, cost accounting and audit matters, regulatory compliance, complex transactions, and the False Claims Act.
