United States: Fox’s Sarah Beth Johnson Elected Chair Of The District I Fee Arbitration Committee
Last Updated: August 28 2015

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Sarah Beth Johnson has been named the Chair of the District I Fee Arbitration Committee for 2015-2016.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey developed the fee arbitration process as a cost-efficient method to resolving attorney fee disputes. District fee arbitration committees are made up of both attorney and lay volunteers, who resolve, through binding arbitration, disputes between clients and attorneys over fees. Fee arbitration is intended to limit the amount of time and money required to resolve such disputes for all parties involved.

Johnson focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including providing clients with advice and defending against discrimination and retaliation claims. She also has extensive experience with physician credentialing and discipline matters.

Already active in her community, Johnson is the Area Chair for the Brown Alumni Schools Committee. She oversees and conducts admission interviews for local student candidates. She also volunteers as a Special Civil Part mediator for the Atlantic County Superior Court. Johnson is a Conflict Prosecutor for her home town of Hammonton, New Jersey and a former member of the Board for the Atlantic County Special Services School District.
