UK: Wragge & Co Appointed to Miller Construction Legal Panel
Last Updated: 2 March 2004

Wragge & Co LLP Construction & Engineering Team has confirmed its formal appointment to the Miller Contracting Services Legal Panel for non-contentious matters. The team will be providing a range of construction advice and will be working alongside other panel members Gateley Wareing, Shepherd & Wedderburn and Masons.

Miller Construction is part of the The Miller Group, the UK’s largest privately owned property development, housebuilding and construction services company.

The Wragge & Co team, led by construction partners Ian Yule and Richard Green, will be working with Gordon Wilson, legal director for the Miller Construction (UK) Limited, and Stuart Andrew, commercial director. Wragge & Co has worked with Miller for over 10 years and its appointment to the new panel reflects the strength of the relationship between the respective businesses. It is also on the panel for Miller Homes (Real Estate partner Richard Bate being the main Wragge & Co contact).

With seven partners and 23 other dedicated fee earners, the Wragge & Co LLP Construction and Engineering Team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Other panel clients include Amec, Gleeson, Balfour Beatty, Kier and Interserve.
