Cayman Islands: Carey Group Announces AMPIL Listing On The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange

Carey Group, the first Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) listing agent in the world not based in the Cayman Islands, has acted as Listing Agent to Aggregated Micro Power Infrastructure Limited ("AMPIL").

AMPIL is involved in the acquisition and development of renewable energy assets and projects that seek to deliver carbon emission reductions or, the provision of fully secured debt finance to developers or project providers of renewable energy or carbon emissions reduction assets or projects.

"We have been working closely with AMPIL and the CSX to achieve this listing and it gives us great pleasure to announce our first listing on the CSX, which we hope will be the first of many," commented Ben Snook, Senior Client Relationship Manager at Carey Group.

Carey Group acts as listing sponsor to over 100 CSX and CISEA listings including blue chip companies and prominent private equity investment institutions. Carey Group also acts as company secretary to Guernsey incorporated companies which are listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, the Specialist Fund Market, the CISE, AIM, and the Australian Stock Exchange including prominent listed closed ended funds like FTSE 250 constituent NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund, as well as listed trading companies.
