Canada: Congratulations Jane MacEachern

Cox & Palmer is pleased to announce that Jane MacEachern, Associate in our Saint John office, has been appointed as our Regional Construction Practice Group Chair.  Jane has a certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and is the NB Branch Chair for the National Construction and Infrastructure Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. 

Jane works with a team of respected and knowledgeable lawyers across the Atlantic Provinces to advise clients on all facets of construction projects including:

  • Project development and management
  • Employment and labour strategies
  • Contract negotiation and interpretation
  • Project financing
  • Construction related disputes
  • Bonding claims

This appointment reflects Jane's outstanding client service and dedication and commitment to the legal and construction profession in New Brunswick.
