In M&A transactions, acquirers typically focus on assets, market synergies and the financial aspects of the transactions. Yet when deals fail, people issues are often to blame. Human resource plans, programs and initiatives of an acquisition target are many times never evaluated until a deal is signed or, even worse, closed.

Join our webcast as we discuss the importance of effective human capital due diligence early in assessing an M&A target.
