Hong Kong: JSM appoints new intellectual property partner

Johnson Stokes & Master is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosita Li to be a partner effective from 1 October 2003.

Rosita has over 10 years experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and information technology matters including enforcement actions, applications for interlocutory injunctions, executing and defending Anton Piller Orders, filing criminal complaints with the Hong Kong Customs, trade mark oppositions and domain name disputes. She acts for collecting societies, advertising companies and record companies in enforcement and drafting of commercial agreements.
