United States: Carol Thorstad-Forsyth Admitted To Daughters Of The American Revolution

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Carol E. Thorstad-Forsyth was recently accepted as a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Palm Beach Chapter (DAR).

DAR, founded in 1890, is a nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization that consists of nearly 177,000 members in 3,000 chapters across the world. More than 930,000 women have joined DAR since it was founded. Members honor their heritage as well as make a difference in their communities across the country and the world.

Thorstad-Forsyth provides guidance to clients regarding protection of their intellectual property. These clients include major defense contractors and leaders in the global communications market, document management market, consumer goods market and network/software solutions market.

Thorstad-Forsyth regularly handles patent application preparation and prosecution matters related to software, electronic and mechanical innovative ideas. She also handles patent search studies, infringement studies, patentability or (in)validity studies and freedom-to-operate studies.

Thorstad-Forsyth received her J.D. from the New England School of Law and her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
