Responding to Heightened Regulatory Demands and Scrutiny

Join WilmerHale on the third Thursday of each month for a webinar series exploring current issues and developments affecting financial institutions and providers of financial services.

In the March session, Partner Mary Jo Johnson, Special Counsel Lisa Jack and Counsel Jonathan McKernan and Eamonn Moran will discuss current issues in mortgage origination and servicing, including best practices and other pointers to help attendees meet the demands of an increasingly difficult regulatory environment. The presentation will emphasize the need for strong compliance oversight in light of recent regulatory and enforcement developments, and will address recent trends, with a focus on supervisory priorities such as TILA/RESPA disclosures, kickbacks, loan originator compensation, flood insurance, servicing transfers, loss mitigation and vendor oversight.
