- Application for registration of certification/collective mark
- Renewal of trademark registration
- Additional charge for renewal in grace period
- Recordal of change of name or address of applicant/registrant
- Recordal of license contract
- Recordal of assignment
- Requesting re-issuance of a registration certificate
- Obtaining certification of a trademark registration
- Requesting for opposition
- Requesting for cancellation of a registered trademark
- Requesting review with China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board
- Requesting for invalidation of a registered trademark,
