From 11 to 13 November 2015, a delegation led by Mr. Shang Ming, Director General of AMB of MOFCOM attended the 4th BRICS International Competition Conference in Durban, South Africa. On the conference, Mr. Shang gave a speech on the topic of Evolution and Implementation of Competition Policy in Socially Sensitive Markets and exchanged opinions with competition authorities of Russia, Brazil, India, South Africa, Kenya and other countries and regions. The BRICS nations also signed Joint Statement of the Heads of BRICS Competition Authorities on the conference.
