From 5 to 7 November 2015, Mr. Lu Yanchun, Deputy Director General of PSIAMB under NDRC indicated on the Annual Meeting of China Automobile Dealers Association that, the first draft of Anti‐Monopoly Guidelines for Auto Industry has been completed, and it is the only guidelines for an individual industry. Ms. Wu Dongmei, Deputy Director of PSIAMB also gave detailed explanation on the issue regarding the exemption of new automobiles in the promotion period. However, she disclosed that such exemption may not be included in the Guidelines.
