The 2nd China American Legal Forum of the Global General Counsels and Business Leaders Forum was held in Beijing on October 13 and 14. The trade related issues between China and America had been discussed in this forum. Mr. Zhang Zhengming, head of the legal work department of PSIAMB, introduced the relevant provisions and rules of Chinese anti-price monopoly enforcement procedure, and said that the investigation procedures, including opening and closing of cases, are complete and the administrative penalty will become more and more transparent. Mr. Zhang explained that the antitrust enforcement procedure in China is as strict as in the foreign countries.
