Swedish telecommunications firm Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC)
completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares in CENX, a service
assurance and network analytics firm.
CENX is headquartered in New Jersey and operates a major
research and development facility in downtown Ottawa. Ericsson has
held a minority stake in CENX since 2012.
Gowling WLG was Canadian counsel to CENX with respect to this
transaction with a team that included Lorraine Mastersmith, Elisa
Scali and Sarah Crowe.
