November 15, 2017 - Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 439 to apply for Canadian permanent residence. The CRS cut-off threshold decreased by 19 points since the  previous draw. A total of 2,750 invitations were issued in today's draw. This is the third draw in the last three weeks in which candidates were invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
